Westhaven Nursing home is an independent and long-established nursing home located in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. We provide high quality care, for those with nursing and dementia needs.  Our care is individually tailored to each resident’s needs.

I had visited a few nursing homes prior to Westhaven but I decided on Westhaven as soon as I had visited. All the staff are very caring, professional and attentive. The home is clean and fresh, my mum’s residence was during Covid restrictions and the staff coped with my regular visits with understanding and suitable professionalism.

I cannot overstate the gratitude I have for the care that the Westhaven staff provided for my mother in her final year. Having checked out several of the facilities in the area, we chose to wait for an opening at Westhaven and are so pleased we did so. The staff are exceptional and are clearly there because they believe in the service they are providing. The place is well maintained and geared to residents of all levels of need. Not only in terms of the major issues but also the smaller details that make a difference to the residents every day.

My dad has been in Westhaven home for many years, the staff have been very caring to him and myself and family. As he needs 24 hour full care the care he has received is excellent. Management and care staff have been like a family to us during these difficult past years.
